HCPs at ADC 2024: your free JDRF resources

Order your FREE T1D resources from JDRF, and express your interest in our upcoming programs. Fill out this form and we’ll be in touch soon.

JDRF helps support healthcare professionals and their patients by providing a range of resources, services and programs that support the type 1 diabetes (T1D) community.

You can use our online form to order resources to assist you and your patients, including KIDSACs (for children and teens upon diagnosis), our adult T1D kit (for adults upon diagnosis), and the Straight to the Point book (for adults living with T1D).

You can download our posters, flyers and brochures to help you educate your patients about JDRF’s programs and resources. We encourage you to print these out to stick on clinic walls, or save them to post on social media or in your own newsletters and emails. See the downloadable posters and brochures below.

Lastly, you can check out our other resources to share with your patients, including information on the Insulin Pump Program, our podcast, and more.

JDRF Peer Support Program

Our Peer Support Program is a free volunteer network that connects people who have been affected by type 1 diabetes (T1D). A T1D diagnosis can be a frightening and overwhelming experience, and even as time goes on, it’s a constant learning curve. The program provides an opportunity to talk to someone who has been there and who can give practical tips and advice.

The program is available to adults or parents in the T1D community to find support from others in a similar situation. If you have patients who would like to know more, click the button below or email peersupport@jdrf.org.au.
