JDRF Australia and Cicada Innovations partner to progress research breakthroughs

JDRF Australia is excited to announce our partnership with Cicada Innovations, leaders in deep tech incubation to accelerate scientific progress and bridge translation gaps.

Our partnership will accelerate type 1 diabetes (T1D) research translation and commercialisation through providing resources, mentorship, funding, and networking opportunities.

Our goal is to bring scientific discoveries into real-world solutions for the T1D community as quickly as possible.

JDRF Australia Chief Scientific Officer, Dr Dorota Pawlak, says that:

This partnership is an exciting move towards accelerating T1D research pathways to fast-track progress for people living with T1D. Collaborating with Cicada Innovations will mean that we can reach our goals of finding cures and improving lives faster, taking scientific innovations from the bench to the bedside.

Cicada Innovations Chief Executive Officer, Sally-Ann Williams, says that:
