Gala Balls
JDRF is grateful to receive contributions from Gala Balls held annually across Australia. The Balls are a great reminder of JDRF's mission to cure type 1 diabetes. They are supported by both the corporate and type 1 diabetes communities.
Amongst all the glamour and fun, guests make very generous donations through auctions, raffles and our Fund-a-Cure appeal. In this appeal, Youth Ambassadors tell their personal stories at the Balls, in exchange for donations from guests.
